Map and directions

Take a look at the map to easily find key locations around the Department. If you have location services on, you can get directions right from where you are, or see public transport information about buses and trains that pass by the University area. You can also view a detailed weather forecast for the day when you tap the temperature or humidity pills at the bottom of the map.

Notes

Keep notes within the app. Notes are synced automatically across your devices. Started a note on your iPhone and want to continue your writing on the iPad? No problem, Handoff is supported too. Notes rely on Apple's CloudKit framework, so in order to enjoy this functionality you need an iCloud account.

No need for signup or account creation. Just write your notes and iCloud does the syncing job in the background.

Apple Watch App

iDS bundles also a watchOS app to view the department's news, maps, schedule, and even weather, right on your Apple Watch screen. Push notifications are also forwarded to the Apple Watch for quick access to important alerts.
